Here are a few screenshots we’ve made of the blood symbols found on the wall in the bedroom:

The centre symbol is possibly an African mask, and the globe showing the locations of the Pieces of Eden showed one in Africa. Is it possible that this mask is actually a Piece of Eden?

the last picture says hunger lies the anwser, i cant make out the first part though, this must have taken weeks, also any ideas on the horse shoe with the dot in it.

Ed, I think it says ‘Quetzalcoatl’s hunger lies the answers’. Quetzalcoatl is the Aztec sky and creator god. Could be a reference to a Piece of Eden possibly being in a Quetzalcoatl temple or something like that.

anth, you seem to have some valuble input, you should look in the other symbols links, there is more being discussed, also any ideas about the horse shoe, it looks familiar to me.

The horseshoe object is the symbol for Omega, the last letter of the greek alphabet

Maybe it has something to do with the end of the world? 13 all over the wall (unlucky number) 12212012 under barcode (the day the world is thought to end) omega (last letter of greek alpahbet - the end?) also can anyone explain why a message in the computer by the machine is coded and capitals says WE WILL BE THERE SOON?

the 13.o.o.o.o is a refference to the end of the world again and it is the same date wrriten in long count form and marks the begining of the 13th baktun (end of civilisation ,great flood,ice age comet,)and says the next is fire
the horse shoe with the dot init is the sign for omega which reffers to the numbers 22:13 which is only visible on the top shot by the symbol in the middle and that number means revelations 22:13 im am the alpha and the omega,the first and the last the begining and the end.

the middle symbol is a Lorenz attractor. Which is a 3-dimensional model to the long-term behavior of a chaotic flow (this may be related to chaos theory and butterfly effect.)

WE WILL BE THERE SOON is lucys friend (who she was emailing about altair and delaying the discovery of the peice of eden) telling lucy that the assassins will come to try and free altair. the morning after i read the email the assassins came to free altair. also on the 21st december 2012 - the year the game is set - they plan to send the mind-controlling satelitte into space, that is why the end of the world stuff is there with the aztec dates and the end of the world on the barcode.

also if you use the eagle vision before lucy and vidic leave the room then you will see that lucy is highlighted in blue for ally and vidic is in red for enemy

this makes me think that maybe subject 16 was a decendent of a person from the philadelphia experiment and maybe he saw the future and that it involved you. or maybe his past life came in contact with other artifacts that allowed him to see future events. This would explain how he knew Desmond would be subject and read the messages in blood.

Hey, i’ve played the game and finished it, on the bedroom wall, there are a couple of words in hebrew, i thought you might be interested in: “Olam Haba” meaning literaly “The next world”, but you could also translate it as “The afterlife”.

The thing in the center…is a Lorenz Attractor.

It is a mathematical shape that is used as an icon of the Chaos Theory.

And Chaos Theory is for some reason related with Templars. I didn’t read up on it. But I was reasearching the Hashashin [Assassins] and Templars were mentioned and in the Templar wiki-article the Chaos Theory is mentioned which is where I saw the lorenz attractor which is in the middle of the blood text above the bed.

in response to what taimao said (comment 11) It says in one of vidic’s e-mails that the previous subject’s ancestor was a decendant of someone who had something to do with the far east. He suffered “the bleeding effect”, which he further explained to mean the patient could no long distinguish between what was happening in the animus as his ancestor and present day real life, which probably explains the all the Chinese on wall and references to Yonaguni in the main room.
I’m also in agreement with what Anth (post #3) said. Queztlecotle (sp???) was an Aztec god. His hunger may refer to the ritual of human sacrafice in his name. Notably carving a heart of a human who was still alive and then cutting off his head and tossing him off the pyramid. (Anybody see Apocalyto? Its just like that, haha)
Further more, Emperor Jiajing (as mentioned by Kristen #15, was an emperor of the Ming dynasty in Ancient China. His sin was claiming the throne by declairing his father emperorer after his father had died. It was a big ordeal known as “The Great Rites Controversy”, he was a vain, terrible, and ruthless emperor and eventually people from inside his court began to plot his Assassination. (Coincidence, maybe?)

The center symbol is atually a Lorenz attractor, or at least looks like one, you can read more about them on wikipedia or somthing like that. Also, most of the writing is chinese which is odd because in the main room, the Japanese island of Yonaguni(which is equivalent to atlantis) is featured in writings on the floor. There also appears to be a Mandelbrot set in the top corner of the third picture down.(You should also look up more info about that as well as the lorenz attractor).Also the Mayan date of 13.0.0.0.0 is writen. The symbols for Alpha and omega, The beginning and the end are also written.

the center symbol on top of desmonds bed refer to the chaos theory. i am not sure what the theory is but it is called the Lorenz attractor.
just a guess but in third pic on this page the planets could mean one of those things where all of the planets are lined up

Ok first I must give all of you my respect for coming up with these answers of course Im still confused on one part, and that is wat does the sentence “I’ve entered the abyss and never returned” mean my only answer is that Project #16 entered the abyss of the truth he found out what was going to happen he found is fate and maybe changed the fate of someone else (Project #17). This could be the hint that he saw the future and he could be still alive they d=never said they killed him but they disposed of him maybe giving that to cross refrence that he might make an apperance to fill us all in…. but I could be wrong please dont disrespect me or my opions…

I looked up Altiar and it is the brightest star in the constellation Aquila. Also in Arabic it maen “the bird”. In Chinese mythology, there is a love story of Qi Xi in which Niu Lang (Altair) and his two children (Aquila -β and -γ) are separated forever from their mother Zhi Nü (Vega) who is on the far side of the river, the Milky Way. Vega is another star it is also known as the old woman(she may be a character in the next game)

Hey guys i saw no one had posted on this part of it

ok what I gathered from that is,
all of the subjects contain much knoledge on how to make the world perfect, but also proof that it never will be.
Which basically means, we may get to look forward to many more games. =) but anyways, Im glad to see you guys took the time to actually go through the symbols and find meaning rather than blowing it off.
And, yet another thing, I dont believe that the next game will be samurai based, because they are more blunt warriors than assassins, meaning Ninjas will probably be the next characters.
So far what I have gathered for future games is
Possible Aztec Assassins (slightly doubted)
Possible Ninjas
Possible Samurais (Also Doubted)

Im suprised none of o picked up on the blood itself, red in eagle vision means its an enemy, what this means i dont know, but he could b trying to mislead u intentionaly to the wrong anwsers, and they could have put this stuff in just for kicks, to get u guys to write the ideas for the next game for them or just to screw with ur head, but thats just my opinion.
