The top isn’t a crossword, it reads “artifacts sent to the skies to control all nations to make us obey a hidden crusade do not help them.” It reads from bottom right up, the pyramid blood letters read the same way.

Yunagun is actually 1 word and it is the westernmost island of japan, that would explian the japenese pictures near it.

Yona Guni:It’s the Japanese equivalent of Atlantis…Yonaguni was part of the continent until the last ice age. In the 12th century, it was incorporated to the Ryūkyū Kingdom until the 17th century and then incorporated into the Japanese han of Satsuma. By 1879, the island was formally incorporated into Japan. Until the early 20th century, Yonaguni was part of the larger Yaeyama village, which included the neighboring Yaeyama Islands, but then became an independent village in 1948. From 1945 to 1972, it was occupied by the United States and was then returned to Japan to form a part of Okinawa Prefecture.

The signs were left by Subject 16 (you are Subject 17) according to an e-mail on Vidic’s computer. Presumably this person was also forced to access genetic memories to find a piece of Eden. My guess is this person’s ancestor was some Japanese dude and that he found a piece of Eden on Yonaguni (I didn’t geta good loo at the globe that shows their locations). Egypt and China are possibly other locations of pieces, which would tie the multi-cultural drawings together.

Also, the ‘Dual Ring Star’ as it’s name is has something to do with friendship, but given it’s context this symbol is ither very strange, or has more than the one interpretation. In the ‘Dua Ring Star’ that this symbol could represent, the star symbolises the sun and the cicles are the orbits of venus and the earth (obviously an old model, as there are no other planets and we know know thy travel in ellipses), so if anyone has any idea why this might be relevant follow-up.

The words Yona Guni, is a name of the Westernmost island in Japan. That gives us a hint of maybe the next Assassin’s Creed game will take place in it. Why? The real Assassin’s, the ones this story is based on, the Hashashin, were decimated by the invading Mongols. Mongolia is a country, or city, in Asia. Maybe Yona Guni is linked to this? Still, even though it seems likely, we are just predicting.

umm, a thought about the eye in the triangle. If some people have seen National Treasure or read the Da Vinci Code or some of Dan Brown’s other books, there are references through them about the “All Seeing Eye”. I know movies and books aren’t always accurate but from what i could gather, it had something to do with the Egyptians. Maybe someone could look into my theory a little deeper?

The ‘All Seeing Eye’ is a Egyptian symbol that was used by the French Revolution Artists to capture the revolution’s push for ‘the will of the people’ the Committee of Public Safety used the will of the people to justify their actions and this caused the death of thousands by the guillotine, hence the all seeing eye was connected with their ability to see all and justify all. This strongly mimics the themes of revolution within the game. Revolution against the lies that are religion. This was also a poignant aspect of the French Revolution, because they denied the god-chosen rule of Louis XVI

I’d like to add that if at the end of the game you go into Vidic’s computer there is intereting information.
It is in one email confirmed that subject 16 was from the “Far East” therefore the drawings of pagodas, the asian writing, and yunigani is correct.
Apparently also the Doctor and that girl have seen the writing on the wall, but it seems they only saw the writing in the bedroom. She’s having a historian and linguist look at it to figure it out.
The subject eventually lost his mind and was killed because he was pushed too far on the Animus and mixed the mind of his ancestor with his own, eventually losing it.
There’s also some interesting news tidbits:
1. Mexico fights refugees coming from America…apparently the situation has been reversed or is worse and American refugees are crossing the border into Mexico. [Ironic and funny.]
2. There are tons of Hurricannes all around the world, the launch of Abstergo’s sattelite was delayed for the 21st…The name of the sattelite is Eye-Abstergo, officially its a new type of communications sattelite. [Obviously we know differently]
3. “Last Movie Studio Shut Down”…apparently in this future video games have taken over completely and movie have died out.
4. Abstergo’s pharmaceutical division did testing in some village they all died [under orders]. The product is internally called New Fluoride. The info was leaked and the whole company is in panic cuz the Feds are investigating pharmaceutical…so thats why the experiment on desmond was being constantly rushed.
5. Africa was wiped out by the “Second Plague” and only 4% of the population survived. Powerful countries are trying to carve it up for themselves. Protests are being held in those countries by anti- newcolonialism people. Also the 4% still lay claim to Africa. This is interesting cuz among many conspiracies AIDS is said to be manufactured by the west to wipe out Africa and black people so that it can be settled. In the same conspiracy they say the cure for AIDS exists but the west isn’t releasing it because they want to wipe out Africa and black people.
6. There is a “nutjob” that is saying things in the news about Abstergo…things like that pharamcutical thing in that village and other information. The company can’t find who’s feeding him the info. They are trying to take him out. They also believe he’s an Assassin.
The same guy sent an email to Vidic in CAPS saying how he saw them use an “orb” and wipe out the whole village. etc.

Hey, i’ve played the game and finished it, on the bedroom wall, there are a couple of words in hebrew, i thought you might be interested in: “Olam Haba” meaning literaly “The next world”, but you could also translate it as “The afterlife”.

The symbols are wierd yea, but can someone answer this for me. At the end of the game after all the credits run through, you take control over the main character again in the room. You can look at the computers, at least one anyway, and go into that conference room. Is there anything else that can be done? Did I miss something, or was that all… I mean it would be weird if the game went back to that just so you can walk around a room with no real objective..

the two rings on top of desmonds bed refer to the chaos theory. i am not sure what the theory is but it is called the Lorenz attractor.

Apparently the Lorenz attractor is a simplified formula based off of weather patterns in the earth’s atmosphear. There are three equations that make up the formula:
dx / dt = a (y – x)
dy / dt = x (b – z) – y
dz / dt = xy – c z
(for those who dont know calculus, dx/dt is simply the change in x over the change in time. the same goes for dy and dz)
Also for this formula, there are two commenly used sets of constants:
a = 10, b = 28, c = 8 / 3
a = 28, b = 46.92, c = 4
if there are any math-inclined people out there, hope you can use this.

The symbols are not telling you who you are going to be in the next games… the game tells you that desmond knows of more artifacts or atleast altair does… it is likely that the eagle and the apple have to do with altair and the peice of eden… altair is obivously referenced as a eagle in the game his clothes have the tail and beak… the apple represents the forbidden fruit in the garden of eden hence piece of eden…. the symbols that refer to locations probably mean that is where more artifacts are. and the reason we know we will be playing as altair both in the animus and out is because desmond is already becoming altair… see they hint at people not being able to distinguish themselves from there anscestors after being in the animus and desmond has already inhereted the eagle vision from him so he will get more

So, like, has anyone else noticed the crop circles painted on the wall of the lab, near the pyramid of text to the right of the animus? Because on this site, I’ve found answers to everything EXCEPT that, no one has even acknowledged them yet. They are identical to the ones found in South America, in the image of an ant, and one of a bird. Any thoughts?

The ant and the bird is a reference to the Nazcan’s giant drawings of animals in the ground. They used advanced geometry to make them since there was no way that they could see over the drawings and tell if they were drawing it correctly. This “star symbol” is Magen David. You can see it in synagogas and on flag of Israel. It’s not originally Jewish but the Templars were first in christian world to use this symbol and place it in the churches. In 19th century it was claimed by Judes. Sorry for my English, I’m from another country.

well people… you are all witnesses to a game that is attempting to show the link to the history in the game, the subject matter of the game and the beleived to exist order of templar know as the OTO – all summed up in a bunch of symbols that represent various occult, religious and masonic ideaoligies.
The biggest here is the trinity replicant of the illuminati symbol. The eye on the pyramid. The symbol is supposed to represent the original TRINITY (father -> son -> holy spirt -> father -> son….) however, in place of GOD in the center, the eye, or the all seeing eye, or the eye or lucifer/amun ra.
As the illuminati are apparently occultists who worship satan in a his darkest form -> from the cabala and its teachings of the tree of life and the demons who occupy “hell”. The knights templar were the first europeans to discover the ancient esoteric knowledge and code of the cabalah and in an attempt to stop the muslim world from uncovering these atomic secrets of the universe, went on some crusades and killed alot of people, whilst looting any holy land and temple and city in an attempt to uncover all the religious/spiritual artifacts.. It is beleived they found the holy grail – which according to some is not a physical cup, but a peice of knowledge (perhaps the key to perpetual motion?).
My spiel over, but this shi7 gets heavy when you delve deeper. I encourage you all to look into it for yourself (the illuminati, oto, freemasons, skull and bones, mind control, the cabalah) and make your own decision about it all. Trust me, you’ll never see the world the same way……

Actually The Eye inside the triangle with rays going out from around it is a common Freemason symble. The reason it is also on the dollar bll is because a few signers of the Declaration of Independence were part of The Freemasons.

Nazca lines (spider and bird shapes) are in peru. Theory has that they were made for and with assistance of aliens along with strange “runways” near by them. Pyramids are also thought to have been a learned design from visitors, as all over the world all civilizations were building them at the same time with no means of communicating the knowledge. Relevance to the game?
As many probably know already, the game stays on desmond and will be a new ancestor of his in a more recent time in Italy. Keep in mind, as he IS the subject being tested on, he wouldn’t randomly become a japanese ninja or w/e.
I believe the markings at the end mean nothing to the current/future gameplay, they simply add story and history to the whole thing. Possibly suggesting the conflict over eden pieces goes back to ancient civilizations and possibly even alien influences (Nazca lines). Obviously the previous subject was japanese and suggesting this testing has been a lot bigger than just desmond.
All I know for fact is that I’m very interested to see what they decide to do next

Yonaguni, like alot of you have said, is an island of Japan. But there is a bigger part to this island. Just off the coast of the island is a huge underwater structure that is basically known as Atlantis among the Japs. There is alot of contriversery over whether this structure is man made or if it was shaped by the currents off the coast. I personally believe that it is way to big of a coincidence. It had to of been man made, but who knows.
This might be where the next game takes place but the thing is, that structure is said to have been created over 8 thousand years ago…i cant see a game taking place with assassins over 8 thousand years ago…

Absoloute rubbish. If any of you had done any research whatsover i think that you be be aware of the established fundamental link of the All-Seeing eye to the freemasons. Indeed, french revoloutionist artists used the all-seeing eye as a way of passing messages to the freemasons, who were allied with them. COupled with the end of the world message, i would say there is an obvious link to the Freemasons and various other conspiraices. Check out project bluebeam for satellite references.

Ok, the arrow was hard to figure out but i got it. The Arrow should be read from the right and read by reading each letter up. starting t=with the T, then the H,E, then the Y,D,R, and so on and so forth. the text reads; “They drained my soul and made it theirs. i also believe Desmond will slowly inheret the abilities of his ancestors throughout the games… he already got eagle vision, and if anyone noticed, he is wearing the exact same clothes as Altair… the hoodie that Desmond wears is exactly the same shape as Altair’s cape, just picture him wearing the cap!

Does the Bleeding Effest refer to physicly bleeding? or bleeding like blending, (think of a marker on a napkin, ya know how it spreads?) because he cant distinguish assassin from modern guy?

The eagle represents warrior the owl represnts knowledge and wisdom if i had to guess the hawk is the next bird of prey they will use to represent the hunter. the all seeing eye shouldnt have anything to do with the templars u kill them through out the game. the crop circles are nazca lines repersenting possibly this is where one of the pieces of eden is. the apple represents knowledge and enlightenment hence why in the bible god did not want adam or eve to partake in the forbidden fruit. but no were in the bible did it actually say it was an apple this is just assumed.

Hi Ijust want to point out the obvious here when it says the whole “they drained my soul and made it theirs” thng they are obviously referring to them probing subject 16’s memories.when it says i drained my body they are saying that sye drained themself of blood to allow us to know a little more bout the story as it can only be seen when desmond inherits eagle vision. Possibly another reference to the all seeing eye.

Oh yeah, it’s not eagle vision. FYI it’s actually called the bleeding effect. If you read Vidic’s emails, Lucy does a summary of you. You get this bleeding effect when your in the animus for too long. You become so synchronised, you can’t distinguish or tell the difference between your life and your ancestors. Subject 16 gets the same thing and did the righting in his blood so you’d find it. If you inherited eagle vision you’d have it from the start. However you get it due too this. Also, Lucys an assassin. She has the severed wedding ring finger and, when Lucy and Vidic leave the room, Lucy is highlighted in blue for allie due to the bleeding effect, and mysteriously, Vidic is yellow for assassination target. Perhaps you kill him in Assassins creed 2?

GOING BACK TO NOTE 6- THE SUBJECT 16 IS MARY ,It tells you something about the symbols in Assassin’s creed 2,but I did not completed the story yet,so I do not know any more about this.I neither didn’t completed the first assassin’s creed,so I don’t even know who Mary is.I thought this could help to people who are interested in these symbols and don’t have assassin’s creed 2.

Desmonds ability to use Eagle Eye is an inherited feature attained through synchronization with Altair. The bleed was due to undue stress and the treatment of test subject 16. He even writes in the coded triangle “they drained my soul and made it theirs I drain my body to show you where I saw it” With what we know, you have to assume that there are 15 prior case studies. Things I noticed while playing were subtle but stick out while reading through this. Lucy is missing her finger as Altair was. This is used to signify a sacrifice to the Creed to carry the hidden blade. She also has emails reffering to aiding you and getting rescued.
When the Apple was open at the end of the game and he said destroy it. As it spins you can see highlighted dots. One of those dots is over Japan and several are over the US. There is one over Italy and several over Europe, Asia, Mexico, Africa, and South America.
SPOILER**** Why does Lucy have her finger taken off in Desmonds time. When we learn from AC2 when we see Vinci that starting with Ezio, you no longer have to give up a finger for the Creed?

Interesting fact, do you know about the Free Masons? They use alot of symbols with great amounts of meaning. You know, its talked about that the US was just an experiment conducted by the Free Masons. An example of this would be in the way DC is layed out. Key bulidings, and the way the road set, looking from an overhead view, you’ll see that they from special symbols, if connected right. Hints of Masonry influence are everywhere, even on the back of a one dollar bill. Try this, take a one dollar bill, and on the back, in the picture of the pyramid, trace an upside-down triangle where one line goes directly underneath the eye, and the opposite vertex meets at the second O in ordo. Now circle the three letters that the vertices meet at, and the letters at the vertices of the pyramid. What do they spell?…mason…hmm…is it just a fluke, or more? And what’s the reason Im telling you this on a game website? Well, the templars are connected to the Free Masons. Maybe some of these symbols have meanings from masonry that have something to do with the templars. Just trying to give you guys another possible lead you might want to chase.

Okay I’ve seen a lot of stuff on this site relating to the locations, and I’m clearing things up:
WARNING: CONTAINS SPOILERS
In ACII, the Codex wall (written by Altair) shows a map of the world in Eagle Vision for Ezio. There are various locations around the world, of where different artifacts are meant to be found. This map also comes up at the end of the first game, where Altair is holding the Apple and that giant globe comes up. Some of these key locations are where Atlantis is rumored to be, which knocks off ‘Yonaguni’. A bunch of the dots are in Italy and the European countries, which explains somewhat why we’re in Italy in the second game. Next, there’s a dot in mid-Africa, which could symbolize where it all started (Eden, human life, etc.) and maybe something big will happen there in the third game. The full map of the locations is available on the Assassin’s Creed Wikia page. Google it to find out more.
Sometimes, looking through all these possibilities makes me think

Summary:
-The barcode refers to December 21, 2012, or as conspiracy theorists like to refer to it, “Endworld”, the day when a multitude of things could happen, like the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, alien invaders, zombie apocalypses, and natural disasters. Nobody knows if it’s true, that’s why the Creed tells us that “Nothing is true. Everything is permitted.” It doesn’t mean the world is all fake, it means THINK FOR YOURSELF. Don’t let your mind be corrupted by conspiracies and theories; explore the possibilities and you may find yourself tripping over what you already believe.
-Yonaguni is an island off Japan. To the West of it is a man-made ruin which flooded over with the Ice Age’s tectonic plate shifts. Since we don’t know what happened in ancient times, there are two possible conclusions to be drawn:
1. The Ruins of Yonaguni were built AFTER the melting by the Templars to conceal an Apple of Eden, forbidding the Assassins to gain their new-found power of mind control.
2. If Yonaguni was built BEFORE the Ice Age, and considering the whole world was frozen over during this period, humanity survived it and can survive another one if the Templars decided that instead of the Apple they were to take an atomic warhead into space with them. Let’s face it, according to the story we already know the Templars have a plan to launch a satellite into Earth’s orbit. We do not know what could be ON that satellite. Nothing is true. Everything is permitted.
-The ancient animal symbols are Mayan-created Nazca lines. We don’t know why they were created, but most believe that they are messages to and from alien life forms. Based on the story of Assassin’s Creed (and I do mean STORY [Nothing true, everything permitted]), the aliens (also known as Those Who Came Before) send a message of a war we have to fight. Anyone with AC2 remember Minerva’s little speech at the end? She said humanity would need a second wind? Maybe the fight wasn’t against the aliens. Maybe it was against ourselves. It just means the Templars and Assassins will have a final showdown. Nothing is true. Everything is permitted.
-All of Subject 16’s blood writing was caused due to the Bleeding Effect. Since Altaïr had Eagle Vision, and Desmond spent so much time as him, the Eagle Vision wore off onto Desmond. The deal with the Bleeding Effect is that in order to become the perfect Assassin, Desmond needs to pick up more traits from his ancestors. He got Eagle Vision from Altaïr and his physical prowess from Ezio. How can any of that protect you against an artifact with mind control powers? That’s why I think Assassin’s Creed 3 will see Desmond’s ancestor as a scholar of sorts, using his own mind to discipline himself and read the minds of others. Nothing is true. Everything is permitted.
-The only ancestral connection between 16 and Desmond is Ezio. That was revealed when you first re-entered the Animus in AC2. My theory is that when Ezio went to Cristina’s house and had sex with her, he impregnated her. Since he was always on the run, there would be no way to contact him and say, “Hey, I’m nursing your child out of wedlock.” This would lead to 16’s ancestor, who later wanted to destroy his own heritage by learning a new language and changing his name, then moving away to a new country in Asia. This could be where 16 picked up on the Japanese scriptures when he was writing in his blood, like Japanese Codex Pages. So after Cristina, Ezio developed a thing for Rosa. This must be where the bloodline continues, otherwise Rosa would be absolutely insignificant to the story (if not for the skill to jump twice as high while vertically scaling towers and embankments). Nothing is true. Everything is permitted.
-The Eye is a sign of the Freemasons. They are a religious fraternity, not unlike the Knights of Columbus. Another potential group of Templars? Nothing is true. Everything is permitted.
- It piques my interest how Rasputin was involved in the storyline for Assassin’s Creed. Then it occured to me: Rasputin, when he was overthrowing Tsar Nicholas, was believed to having ties with the Black Hand (the group of assassins who killed Franz Ferdinand, the Archduke of Austria-Hungary). Some theorists like to believe Rasputin had a vast knowledge of chemicals and chemical reactions, and that he was an instigator of the Tunguska explosion in 1908. Nobody really knows for certain how or why it happened. Nothing is true. Everything is permitted.
-Lucy has her finger cut off because Da Vinci only fiddled with the technology of one hidden blade, not every hidden blade. Ezio’s hidden blade was passed down through his bloodline. When his bloodline wanted out of the killing business, they passed the blade onto the other Assassins, but the others wouldn’t use them, out of respect for the lineage. That’s why out of nowhere Lucy has the blade and passes it onto Ezio; it’s the heirloom of the bloodline. Therefore, to use a hidden blade, she would still need to cut her left ring finger. The hidden blade isn’t a necessity for every Assassin, it’s just an optional weapon. As long as the target dies by means of your choice, you’re an Assassin. That’s why in the tomb of Altaïr at the Villa, you saw all the different weapons they used. Only one Assassin had the hidden blade, and it was Altaïr’s bloodline. Nothing is true. Everything is permitted.
Sorry to keep saying the Creed, but just try and think for yourself instead of having others try and hypothesize history for you. Nobody knows about the real plot of the story except Ubisoft. And they make a damn good job of leading us fans on like this.

Ok I’m gonna make this quick and easy cuz I think I figured it out. The eagle, owl
and hawk. Ezio is orginally Greek and meens the eagle. Owl meens wisdom or intelligence. Altair made a map of the world INCLUDING the Americas which weren’t discover yet, we can assume he was a smart dude. The hawk. A hunter I presume. Desmond must become a ruthless killer If he wants to assassinate the main bad guy from abstergo. He’s the hawk… The garden of Eden was supposedly around the Euphrates river that would explain the dot in Africa. The satilite, the furthest advance country with technology is, as we all know, japan. Thus the island plance and subject 16 being from “the far east”. There was a dot in Europe. If abstergo was ,as theory predicts, going to use the satalite and apple of Eden they would probably attack the people with the most power first. The queen of England and the pope have the most power in the world. So we kno abstergos operation is far larger than we originally assusmed… In the 3rd game you will probably go all around the world

I’m not sure whether this is correct but the wing-like things on the wall of subject 16’s blood messages seems to be a Lorenz attractor… just happened to see an image of one and thought of this. they’re to do with convection currents, weather and the chaos theory…. any ideas?
