That makes it worse… “nothing is so real or true , but every thing is possible or permitted” if you’ve completed the game you should straight-off know that the line is “Nothing is true, Everything is permitted” its said that many times that it should click in your memory that it would be that.

to pickpocket doctor you have to wait till he nd the fit nurse are going away after you complete all memory blocks nd btw the master guys shitt at combat
